1. Damages & Issues
When your order arrives, we kindly request that you inspect it immediately in the presence of our delivery team.
If you notice any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please inform us on the spot or contact us immediately. We will review your claim and work with you toward a resolution.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for damages reported after the delivery has been completed and inspected.
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Products cannot be returned due to size or fit issues. Please check the product dimensions on our website before placing an order.
Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-returnable.
Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect reported immediately upon delivery.

For custom or special orders, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order becomes non-cancelable.
